We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Strategic Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing Communications, Strategic Insights & Analytics, Clinical Education and Training for our global Medivators organization. This role will be responsible for demonstrating and articulating the full value proposition of the Complete Circle of Protection strategy that our unique suite of solutions our products and services bring to our customers. #CB

What you will do

Responsible for articulating and demonstrating the value proposition of our Complete Circle of Protection (CCoP) through a deep understanding of our products, services and solutions across our Medivators product franchises.
Responsible for creating and coordinating value add programs that further enhance the CCoP strategy such as customer education, training, webinars and other customer support initiatives.
Leverage cross-functional resources to ensure prioritization and delivery based on Annual Operating Plan.
Establish company-wide internal and external communications strategy that enables clear understanding of portfolio offerings and our value proposition.
People Manager responsibility including developing, coaching, and leading a team.
Create best-in-class marketing programs that emphasize our unique value proposition of a Complete Circle of Protection and Infection Control.
Creation and development of a comprehensive global online strategy of the Medivators brand, tying together products, services, education, etc.
Develop close partnerships with Product Marketing (Franchise Marketing) and Sales teams to drive a consistent fact-based approach to understanding our markets using data and strategic insights.
Drive visibility and cadence on market insights and opportunities in close partnership with leadership to determine investment strategy and global mix.
Create customer-focused products and services leveraging education and training materials that demonstrate infection prevention practices that support our Complete Circle of Protection strategy.
Ensure close alignment with commercial leadership in development and execution of strategy and initiatives

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in related field (marketing, etc.)
12+ years of professional work experience (ie marketing, sales, business leadership, etc.)
Proven ability to build successful cross-functional teams; direct and indirect reporting
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
Hands on Leader who drives vision, collaboration and teamwork
Demonstrated analytical capabilities with good fundamental understanding of operational
P&Ls and business case development
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Demonstrated success in achieving operating plan over successive years
Marketing experience in a global matrixed environment
Ability to travel up to 35%, both domestically and internationally

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS FOR POSITION:

MBA from an accredited university
Business development experience
Demonstrated and sustained success in delivery of global new product development, sustaining activities, and commercialization
Exposure in large and small cap environments
Familiarity with general infection prevention procedures and/or products
Experience developing an integrated training strategy for an organization
Strong preference for candidate with demonstrated success and experience in a crossfunctional role(s) such as Sales, Finance, Research & Development, Operations, etc.
