Qualifications:
The operator will routinely run one or more operational pieces of equipment associated within the Liquids Cellular processing area. (Attriting, V-Blending, Ross Mixing, Meyers Mixing, HVD, LQM, Tube/Pail Filling) This job requires 00% of their time producing product or 00% direct labor. . Performs most assignments totally independent. 2. As employee's knowledge increases over time little to no supervision will be required to perform daily activities. 3. Works in a personable and professional manner and communicates in a professional and tactful manner to build teamwork across the shifts. 4. Takes initiative and moves to the work before being told. 5. Is flexible to meet business needs across all cells. 6. Willing to learn new tasks or job responsibilities. 7. More advanced operators should be able to independently solve complex problems. Other Skills and Abilities . Can use or become qualified to use various specialized tools (Scales, Thermal Tester, Peel Tester, Oil Absorption, Capillary Rheometer, etc) 2. Can convert U.S standards in metric measurements and weights. 3. Mechanical Aptitude to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within assigned area.

Responsibilities:
1. Insures that all processes are followed according to job routers, process specifications, engineering change orders (ECO's), and standard work procedures in a safe operating manner. When in doubt, stops and asks cell coordinator, shift lead or manager for assistance. 2. Insures that all required quality testing gets completed within product specification and documented appropriately with the actual test results reading. 3. Performs and records all transactions and Labor Reporting accurately. 4. Uses the inventory tracking tools appropriately, and labels all products to the process specifications. Transacts inventory before physical process action. "Transacts before Acts." 5. Brings inventory discrepancies forward to the cell coordinator, lead or manager and helps investigate and resolve. 6. Reports all non-conforming products to the cell coordinator, lead or manager. Accurately fills out the NCR form for all non-conforming materials and places it in the assigned non-conforming materials area. 7. Ensures work area is clean and organized to 5S standards and that a professional pass down is given to the oncoming shift operator. Oncoming operator gives final approval that everything is satisfactory before leaving. 8. Helps to build and foster teamwork across all shifts treating everyone with respect and dignity. Maintains a professional positive attitude while at work. 9. Is active in providing ideas and supporting process improvements that enable the cell to grow upon its annual goals. 10. Performs other duties as assigned.
