Responsible for driving process improvement, implementation of engineering change orders and maintaining appropriate communication between engineering and operations. Assists in driving professional electronic manufacturing processes.location: Sturtevant, Wisconsinjob type: Permanentsalary: $60,000 - 65,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Associatesresponsibilities:+ Works directly with production/assist in productions needs as needed.+ Propose and implement new programs directed at cost reduction, work simplification methods, etc. to improve the company's competitive position and profit goals.+ Able to communicate engineering changes with production and follows up on the correct implementations.+ Performs root cause analysis on concerns and implements actions to insure no repeat of issues.+ Assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed.+ Designing electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improve designs and manufacturing processes.+ Confirms systems and components capabilities by aiding in designing testing methods; testing properties.+ Develops test fixtures+ Work with QC on identifying and clarifying Material Defect Report (MDR) to ensure quality standards are met.qualifications:+ Associates degree in a technical or engineering field+ Willing to take individual working on educational requirement, but with 5-7 years of manufacturing technical experience.+ Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plusskills:+ Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills+ Able to troubleshoot electronics+ Computer experience of MS-Office programs+ Problem solving and customer service skills+ Very structured and organized approach to projects and day to day work+ Able to read blue prints in metric and standard systems+ Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including application and programming.\#LI-YO1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
