A company in Port Washington , WI is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 6:00 pm - 6:00 am opportunity.Responsibilities:Repair all production equipment and plant equipmentExecute line and equipment changeoversPerform scheduled preventive maintenanceDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during productionPromote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each otherQualifications:Requires a high school diploma, or GED, and 1-2 years of relative applicable experiencePrior experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipmentAnalytical problem solving capabilitiesExcellent multi-tasking skills and ability to "change gears" oftenProven ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyoneRequires strong technical ability, able to take basic electrical and mechanical principles and apply to hands on situationsYou should be proficient in:Blueprint ReadingElectrical SchematicsHydraulicsMechanical TroubleshootingPneumaticsMachines & technologies you'll use:Servo Motors and DrivesVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
