Pumper/ Lease Operator

Purpose: The Operator will be responsible to maintain the field to high Health, Safety & Environment standards; monitor and test oil/gas wells as per our clients guidelines and optimize the production rates. The Operator may be required to operate any combination of oil and gas wells or battery/gas compression facilities. The candidate should reside in the Williston area due to the location of the role and frequent traveling which is required.Main Responsibilities & Activities: ? Responsible for the safe and effective operation of all plant and field facilities ? Monitor well performance, fluid levels, production equipment: speed, efficiency, etc. ? Responsible for well testing, BS determination, and area proration status ? Demonstrate complete working knowledge of all facilities ? Make quick and accurate assessments by taking corrective actions to safely control and minimize losses ? Deals effectively with landowners, suppliers, contractors and co-workers ? Accept on-call duty and respond to call-outs as required ? Supervise contract and maintenance crews ? Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: ? High school diploma is required ? A minimum of two years of operator or related experience is preferred.? Must possess a valid Driver's License and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record ? Must pass a drug and alcohol screening test. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required ? Must be flexible and available to work long shifts and overtime as needed. ? Must be punctual, organized and have satisfactory time management skills ? Must be accepting and receptive to new ideas ?
