Your focus will be on facilitating business requirement gathering and documentation for our external channel partner site experience. You will engage with business stakeholders and translate their business needs and objectives into feasible solution requirements to enhance and transform the overall site user experience.location: Saint Paul, Minnesotajob type: Contractsalary: $50 - 60 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:+ Collaborate with Product Owner and business partners to identify and elicit technology needs and collaborate with the scrum team on identifying solutions.+ Help the Product Owner document the technology needs, mostly in user story format. Also help with identifying acceptance criteria.+ Help Product Owner and scrum team to plan work in upcoming sprints, considering a variety of factors such as priority, effort/cost, complexity, dependencies, and business and system impacts.+ Collaborate with Product Owner, scrum team, business stakeholders, and other teams to refine user stories and get them ready for development while also identifying dependencies, risks, and other concerns.+ Collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners to elicit and document business requirements for user stories.+ Provide assistance where needed throughout sprints for the development team, such as answering questions on requirements and providing input on testing strategy.+ Develop and maintain technical documentation of system and business processes.+ Grow and maintain knowledge of product, plans, business processes, and system applications.+ Grow and maintain awareness of trends in the annuity business and technology space.+ Build relationships with team members, business users, stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, to help navigate through problems, decisions, and related implications.qualifications:+ Experience level: Experienced+ Minimum 6 years of experience+ Education: Bachelorsskills:+ Business Analysis (8 years of experience is preferred)+ Product Owner (2 years of experience is preferred)+ Requirements (4 years of experience is preferred)Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
