General Description and Essential FunctionsThe Operations Manager II is responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of multiple business lines within loan operations, loan servicing,and credit card operations at Great Western Bank. This position must demonstrate the ability to function with regular deadlines and a focus accuracy, efficiency, and team development.Lead three separate departments focused on loan operations, loan servicing, and credit card operations. This position would require leadership and oversight of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan operations, along with credit card servicing.Reporting structure for this position will entail three to four direct reports, along with 20+ support staff indirectly reporting to this leadership role. The position will include responsibilities such as process development, staff development and mentoring, strategic thinking, risk management, and budget planning.Maintain quality controls within your area and ensure that all policies and procedures are in place andfollowed.Maintain and develop department key metric reporting that can be used toshow department performance.Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, and focus on developing employees to be passionate about customer service.Must possess the ability to multitask in a professional, fast paced, and high traffic environment.Exercise discretion, strong interpersonal skills and independent judgment with respect to some of the most significant functions within the bank.Become a trusted resource for internal customers.Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to product lines within chain of command.
