Job Details:
- Pick-up medical equipment from hospitals, clinics and home medical equipment
- Train and manage a team of medical transport technician and field service technicians
- Train customers on product and processes through basic troubleshooting protocols
- Ensure adherence of operational compliance of self and team to company and departmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Provide leadership in a service locations
- Manage inventory and all on-site installation, repairs and maintenance of medical equipment
- Prepare medical equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables and documentation for use and return and execute research for missing & misplaced equipment
- Prioritize equipment needs to execute daily customer support needs, including quantity, time frame and resource allocation
- Load & unload medical devices and supplies
