RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GLOBAL PAYROLL MANAGER

• Manage & Process Global Payroll for US and International Payroll
• Oversees and participates in processing payroll for all employees in multiple countries.
• Ownership for compliance with federal, state, local and international tax and wage & hour laws, regulations or guidelines
• Comprehensive knowledge and work experience on multi-state tax jurisdiction set-ups and analysis for all employees
• Using Ulti-Pro software
• Manage team of one Payroll Specialist - You will be heavily involved in day-to-day processing of payroll
• Oversees and also participates in compilation and preparation of other payroll data such as retirement, insurance and garnishments globally
• Direct compilation and preparation of other payroll data
• Review and approve payroll deductions.
• Serves as a member of the accounting leadership team.
• Works closely with accounting and HR staff to assure that shared employee resources are most effectively used
• Will serve as SME on Payroll Software and implementation
• Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE GLOBAL PAYROLL MANAGER:

• Payroll processing experience of at least 8+ years required.
• Preferred; Bachelors degree or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree
• Ulti-Pro, ADP, WorkDay, PeopleSoft, Kronos experience preferred
• Supervisory/Payroll Management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills
