Property Maintenance Tech

Top Job Located in Mount Horeb, WI Salary: $18-$20/hr.We are looking for candidates for a Maintenance Tech opportunity with a great property management company in West Madison. This is a full-time, evaluation hire west side apartment complex.Main Duties: - This position will maintain the physical integrity of the community, and will work with maintenance team members supporting other surrounding Madison properties. - Assists with facility upkeep and repair including basic carpentry duties, dry-wall repair, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. - Performs basic appliance maintenance - Performs pool upkeep and repair maintenance. Job Requirements: ??? HS diploma/GED preferred. ??? 1-2 years' experience in apt related maintenance required; 3-4 years preferred ??? Carpentry, dry-wall, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, painting, plumbing exp required. ??? Knowledge of proper storage & management of hazardous materials required. ??? Must be dependable and work effectively as part of a team ??? Ability to work in a fast-pace & customer service-oriented environment. ??? Knowledge of housing laws preferred. ??? Hrs-40/wk., M-F with rotational on-call availability. ??? A valid driving license & clean driving record is a must.
