Position Mission:
To support efforts to achieve maximum market penetration, driving market growth, increased sales and profitability by creating a superior customer experience.

The primary function of this position is to expedite the incoming and outgoing freight.
Warehouse Associates have various functional duties to include; receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading and shipping freight. Warehouse Workers are also expected to process and maximize warehouse space usage as well as any other general duties as necessary.

This position aids in the support of our customers by accurately keeping the parts available to be the dominant supplier in the automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities:
Checks, verifies and pulls freight for customer needs,
Perform daily inspections of appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to:
liftgate, pallet jack and hand truck, radio frequency scanners and printers.
Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures as needed to maintain the warehouse stock.
Verify and complete required documentation and reports
Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment at all times Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures

Experience, Education, and Abilities:
Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Must be functionally literate (able to read numbers, read/write at a 4th grade level).
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work in a drug free atmosphere.
Ability to lift / carry by hand freight weighing up to 50 pounds several times a week.
Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs using mechanical aids, such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push and pull and move at a quick speed of pace.
Ability to work with computer scanning equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Must have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors and customers).
