Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer II in Bloomington, MN,

Responsibilities:
* Receive intensive training to become familiar with Network structure and processes including Fuze SPM, RE and PO Module
* Learn Network Real Estate property management techniques from Senior Analyst and perform property management tasks as assigned
* Reach out and subscribe cell site property owners to free internet landlord portal that provides updates, FAQ answers and keeps contact information up to date
* Receive and process application approval letters from tower companies
* Assist, learn and support transition of GP Macro RE files from internal servers to Google drives
* Update and maintain cell site information in Fuze
* Utilize this opportunity to expand your knowledge of the the Wireless Network and take on additional responsibility commensurate with your work ethic and commitment

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4 Year College degree or similar work experience
* Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
* Real estate experience a plus
* Positive team player attitude
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Customer service experience
* Superior time management skills; work quickly, accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent computer skills including; Google Suite, Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel
* Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
