Has 5 years of construction management experience with projects between $250k and $1M

Here are some details on the job
Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, budgeting activities and financial reports concerned with the construction or maintenance projects.
Participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site union personnel to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with the Superintendent as well as other departments in the acquisition of tooling, materials, equipment, etc. to complete the project.
Develop RFP deliverables for a complete bid package including safety plans, execution plans, quality plans, environmental plans, and other plans as required by the customer.
