Robert Half Management Resources has an immediate short-term opportunity for an analyst with experience in Model Audit Rule or SOX processes and compliance. This role is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota but will remain remote work for the duration of the project..

Responsibilities:
???Assist in coordinating, reviewing, documenting and working with key stakeholders to ensure key processes and controls are adequate and operating effectively. Work with businesses to create solutions to address controls issues.
???Document significant processes for the control environment; identify and implement efficiencies or improvements in the processes.
???Work with business owners and internal/external auditors to analyze, evaluate, enhance business process controls impacting the financial statements.
???Adhoc projects

Job Requirements:
Key Skills and requirements:
??? 2+ years of audit of financial reporting processes.
??? Financial services/NAIC-regulated industry preferred
??? Model Audit Rule (MAR) or Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) experience preferred
??? Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail
??? Strong communicator and work well with a team and communicate with business leaders
??? Strong investigative and inquisitive mindset to understand processes and analyze/question results
