As the Culture & Integration Project Manager, you will:

Partner with the Director of Culture and liaise with Businesses/CRG leaders, and Inclusion and Diversity teams to promote Baird's culture goals including events, programs, training, videos, communication campaigns, metrics & measurement, etc.
Give input, and be responsible for oversight, content creation and execution, and follow through on various aspects of Cultural projects
Provide the full cycle of project management on Cultural initiatives (traditional project lifecycle, scope definition, requirements, work execution and tracking, deliverable creation, risk and issue management, status monitoring and reporting)
Continually seek opportunities to increase associate satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Consult with business units/CRGs to determine needs and provide guidance and support for the design of culture solutions, coordinating or connecting efforts with culture volunteers, associates in the businesses/departments and ARGs as appropriate
Manage vendor relationships (ie, Kaleidoscope, NEWaukee, Catalyst)
Manage budget and expenses for culture efforts
Supports Director of Culture and Integration with other key projects

What we look for:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Culture and/or Project Management with at least 5+ years' experience
Big picture' oriented with an ability to manage projects and implement initiatives
Strong project and change management methodology & implementation experience
Comfort and competency in influencing change and helping teams deliver positive outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on exceptional client service and ability to work as a team
Strong critical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a high volume, high visibility corporate environment under the pressure of deadlines
