Job Description:
- Takes inbound calls for all locations and transfers calls to the appropriate departments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Receive acknowledgment forms from customers and update shipping and receiving information for customers
- Attach necessary forms to purchase orders
- Work through an email que to respond to customers
- Assist with work order processing and reporting
