Position Responsibilities

• Manage a cross-functional team of professionals across analytics, recruitment advertising, system administration and operations.
• Work closely with teams across the company on hiring needs, recruitment strategies and data-driven analysis.
• Partner with leadership to identify and solve business challenges.
• Develop and monitor metrics, dive deep into data and processes and distribute actionable insights.
• Monitor performance of HR Systems, drive issues to resolution and recommend solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years working with data, reporting and human resources operations.
• Strong management skills and experience leading large teams.
