We're expanding our expert team and hiring Quality Inspectors to work on 2nd shift within our state-of-the-art facility in Monticello, MN. Hours for this position are 4:20pm-2:50am, Monday through Thursday. However, training will take place on 1st shift from 6:00am-4:30pm before moving to the dedicated 2nd shift. Interested? Quality Inspector Main Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and training for product inspection as needed
- Conduct and verify inspections are completed properly, accurately, and timely per inspection plan requirements
- Ensure non-conforming product is properly segregated and identified per QMS procedures
- Report non-conformances accordingly
- Receiving inspection when required
- Complete first article inspections when required
- Support gage calibration distribution system
- Create C of C's where required
- Complete CMM daily maintenance activities
- Conduct process audits
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisor
Quality Inspector Key Requirements
- Two-years or more of inspection experience required
- Experience using CMM inspection equipment preferred
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- Aerospace and/or ISO environment preferred
- Auditing experience preferred
- Experience interpreting blueprints
- Must be proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T concepts
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
