Commercial Loan Processor

Location: Lake Elmo, MN

Job Description:

• Prepares business related loan documents and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provides support for the following business lending unites: commercial, commercial real estate, community banking, agricultural, SBA, resigential real estate construction and land development, and private client services.
• Originate requires for credit due diligence documents.
• Originate business loan documents using LaserPro Lending software program.
• Documents prepared based on verification of proper approval authorities and preclosignregulatory compliance items.
• Upload and fund completed loans.
• Quality control of business loans originated.
• Responsible for all post-closing activities related to business loans including perfection of security interests.
• Track deliveries of original loan documents after a loan has been booked/funded and prepare for delivery to central business files.
• Monitor collateral after funding, this includes releases of loan collateral with proper approval authority.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for documentation and perfection of business purpose credit accomodations.

Qualifications:

• Combination of education and experience which enables the incumbent to be successful in the job generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma and two to three years of business/agriculture purpose loan origination documentation experience or related banking experience.
