Work Schedule: 8-5 M-F Description: The Talent Acquisition Project Manager plays an integral role in driving the success of the TA function. You will prioritize, plan, and manage projects after you assess current state, identify gaps, and seek opportunities to improve the overall process. This role uses business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, customer feedback, and technology to create seamless candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experiences. If you: ??? Embrace diverse and innovative thought processes This could be the role for you! What you'll do: ??? Evaluate, update, document, and optimize recruiting processes ??? Lead projects within the TA function and partner cross-functionally to achieve objectives ??? Develop and deliver training for the TA team and stakeholders ??? Support the tracking, measurement, and reporting of TA results What you bring to the team: ??? A bias for action, a strong sense of urgency, drive, ownership, and accountability ??? Resourcefulness and the ability to navigate challenges independently ??? Attention to detail, organization and project management skills, and the ability to get things done ??? Strong collaboration and partnership skills, experience breaking down silos and bringing stakeholders together ??? The ability to influence and persuade others; strong change management skillsThis role is part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team for the Home Office. The Home Office TA team supports the attraction, engagement, and selection of talent for Technology, Corporate, Intern, and Contingent roles. Must-Have: Minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a solid understanding of TA metrics, KPIs, and industry trends Minimum of one year of experience managing medium-scale projects, including stakeholders in multiple functions Experience with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience building business cases and presentation decks At least a moderate skill level in Excel; the ability to leverage basic formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, COUNTIF) to manipulate data Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action, balancing priorities and working well independently and under pressure Strong collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills Nice to have: ??? Experience generating reports in Workday ???
