Position Title: Client Relations Rep II
Worksite Location: Lenexa, KS 66219
Position Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm
Position Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Pay Rate Range: $15.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Report client concerns using established protocols
• Provides education and guidance to clients
• Accurate identification and clarification of client or patient request
• Creation of complete and accurate documentation of all interactions
• Perform other duties as required to meet the customer requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous medical or customer service background preferred
