General Labor I

The General Labor position will have the overall responsibility of assembling, packing, and verifying the quantity, quality of the packages that are produced and on production lines at Hearthside Food Solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties and responsibilities of the General Labor consist of but are not limited to:

??? Visually inspect product and remove defective, damaged, or off quality materials from production line.
??? Perform repetitive duties while standing.
??? Assemble and pack product per specifications and place in finished cartons/shippers.
??? Insure product is properly marked.
??? Report any issue to Machine Operator or Area/Team Lead.
??? Maintain a clean and organized work area.
??? Must work as a team member and help out where needed to ensure maximum process efficiency.
??? Willingness to work overtime when asked.
??? Maintain a positive and productive relationship with co-workers and others with whom the position may have contact.
??? Perform all other duties deemed necessary, or required by the assigned Supervisor.
??? Contributes to team effort by maintaining regular attendance, communicating regularly and professionally, accomplishing related results and performing all other necessary duties as directed by Supervisor(s).
