We seek a Program Manager - PACE Finance, who brings innovation and impact to the role, with knowledge of commercial loan operations, building energy systems, energy efficiency programs and renewable energy systems. Primary and Essential Responsibilities

1. Manage the activities for Slipstream's PACE programs.

  • Assist with the development of annual program plans, propose and track goals, develop budgets, establish operational metrics, and develop promotions and programs that are in line with the market needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and recommend enhancements to program manuals, form agreements, application forms, reports, and templates for Slipstream PACE programs.
  • Ensure compliance of proposed projects with program requirements and guidelines, including all required documentation.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager to align program operations with sales and marketing.
  • Assist and utilize an understanding of market channels to determine how best to deliver product-related services, implement new service delivery and evaluate whether the delivery is meeting demand.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to accomplish business objectives.
  • Collaborate with PACE Administrators and PACE Commission to define objectives, success measures, and roles and responsibilities for on-going success.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and document PACE Commission meetings.
  • Collaborate in the development of program marketing materials with the Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Manage assessment administration, billing, and servicing of the closed loan portfolio.

2. Coordinate qualification, training, and registration activities with key program stakeholders: local governments, capital providers, applicants, and contractors.

  • Manage contractor and capital provider qualifications, review, and registration process.
  • Support local government relations activities necessary to grow and maintain government participation in Slipstream PACE programs.

3. Lead development and delivery of PACE program stakeholder training materials and events. Qualify technical analysis of proposed PACE projects.

4. Participate in long term program planning and evaluation.

5. Assist Business Development staff with responses to proposals both for new and existing clients.

6. Coordinate with external parties, such as sponsors, governmental agencies, and national affiliates, on program issues.

7. Actively participate as a member of assigned workgroups.

8. These responsibilities are not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned from time-to-time.

Education

Required

Bachelors or better.


Experience

Required

5 years: Work-related experience, preferably in commercial lending, project management, program budget management and operations
