Program Manager - Emerging Technologies and Automation

What you will do
Manages large program of automation projects that leverage emerging technologies such as RPA, Chat Bots, and AI. Including project budget. This role manages a global portfolio of automation projects.
Owns all aspects of assigned Projects and/or Programs. This role will be responsible for directing project managers in support of their assigned major strategic programs. Work collaboratively to define and resource the correct roles to deliver specified goals on assigned programs or projects. Monitors and reports on overall status of programs. Guides and mentors their project teams and others in the overall organization in the use of the EPMO and Automation COE delivery methodology, best practices, and tools.
??? Provide coaching and mentoring to individual Project Managers in an effort to drive maturity of the overallAutomation COE project delivery capability.
??? Manage EPMO and Automation COE team members in a matrix organization. S/he will have responsibility for managing contract PM resources

How you will do it
Responsible for managing overall planning, execution, and delivery of programs, including:
??? Directing work/projects, controlling cost/schedule elements, management of resources, communications management, reporting, and change management.
??? Supporting fiscal year planning related to programsDelivering programs on schedule, budget, and in accordance to the specification.
??? Developing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.
??? Initiating, planning, executing and closing all program deliverables as committed.
??? Responsible for full life-cycle of programs from initiation to completion.
??? Establish, maintain and explain the program methodology, procedures and policies, consistently within the Enterprise PMO rules and guidelines.
??? Support the vendor selection and management process (scope, plan and milestone definition, operational issues, deliverable & milestone approval, quality control, etc.). Manage vendor administration (SOW activation, PCRs authorization, invoice approval).
??? Drive program planning and control from an operational point of view (activity, milestones and resource planning), with a special focus on core activities and global plan consolidation.
??? Apply relevant project standards to build project management frameworks for all projects within program.
??? Monitor the progress of program components to ensure the overall goals, schedules, budget, and benefits of the program will be achieved.
??? Ensure that projects are organized and executed in a consistent manner within established corporate standards and tools.
??? Fully responsible for program delivery and success.
What we look for
Required
??? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field,.
??? 5+ Years Program Management experience in a large multi-unit organization required. Program management experience required.
??? 3+ years supervisory experience overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads.
??? 2+ years managing projects delivering emerging technology solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA) on platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
??? Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent) -preferred.
??? Advanced program management skills in complex IS and business environments, including ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones. Deep project management experience managing large-scale, global implementations. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
??? Passion for leading teams and implementing change using innovative technologies and approaches
??? Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong negotiation and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts among different teams.
??? High communication skills required at all levels. Must be able to interact and impact senior leadership. Excellent command of verbal and written communication (English). Effective presentation style for all levels of stakeholders.
??? Strong problem solving, decision making, issue analysis and resolution skills. Highly organized.
