MUST BE LOCAL TO THE FOLLOWING CITIES: Eden Prairie, MN (55344) or Salt Lake City, UT (84120). (flexible hours provided 4/day.Primarily Work From Home, but training will be done on site at either the Eden Prairie or Salt Lake City location.Responsibilities:Support administration of client changes in CRM applications. Client Change Requests for Financial Services clients are submitted via a SharePoint form or Salesforce CRM to make updates to client information. Requests may come from a variety of sources like internal partners, clients themselves or brokers.1. Enter customer change requests into Salesforce CRM application2 Track and document completion of requests3. Facilitate resolution of open requests4. Email status to stakeholders.Working hours: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PMSkills:1. Communication skills2. Prior office work preferred3.
