Join us and become part of the power behind possible.Shift Requirements 6am-6pm 3-4 days/week About The Opportunity Position Summary The Electromechanical person will perform major electrical repairs and installations. This person will be able to troubleshoot to determine cause of electrical problems and offer solutions. The maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and equipment within the facility to keep in proper working order. The Electromechanical person must work the necessary overtime as required. Key Duties And Responsibilities Perform major electrical repairs and installations Troubleshoot electrical problems and offer solutions Maintain and repair machinery and production equipment as need to keep equipment continually operating. Perform emergency repairs, as needed. Maintain and repair facility according to preventative maintenance schedule Design and fabricate special items as specified by work orders or through requests. Complete plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical and other project work as required or specified Performing painting, grounds keeping, housekeeping and other tasks to improve and maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds Complete work orders in order of importance Participate in equipment installation and fabrication of custom parts Order and organize material and supplies on an on-going basis. Contact with outside vendors required. Assist in the training and coaching of employees on proper maintenance of machinery and equipment Education / Certifications Education Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Education Desired Technical DegreeSkills & Experience Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired Electrical troubleshooting including PLC's and drives Electrical print reading Blueprint reading Mechanical trouble shooting Use various tools such as drill, saw, mill, grinder and welder Additional Requirements Physical Requirements Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs (if over 50 lbs ask for assistance) Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and climbing Exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions About Menasha Packaging Menasha Packaging Company is a leading designer and manufacturer of graphic consumer corrugated packaging, merchandising solutions, food packaging, shipping containers, material handling solutions, and pack-out and fulfillment services.
