OverviewThe Maintenance Assistant is responsible for general custodial, grounds-keeping, and general maintenance tasks. ResponsibilitiesTasks include, but are not limited to, trash removal, washing windows/walls, moving furniture, and fill-in housekeeping duties if needed. Performs floor care, such as cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Assists in building maintenance and construction work. Assists with general repairs to facility and residents' equipment.QualificationsQualifications RequiredValid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
