Direct Care Professional
Seeking Part-Time Direct Care Professionals! No previous experience required!
$300 sign on bonus! This bonus will be paid over the course of your first six months of employment.
Work one-on-one with our clients! During a normal shift, you will work with only one client. This will give you an opportunity to really develop a relationship with that person.
Flexible scheduling! Since our clients are in our care 24/7, we have the ability to staff them according to their needs. No two clients have the same schedule. If you have limited availability, we can work with you!
Paid training! We provide our Direct Care Professionals with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Direct Care Professionals are responsible for many things, including medication administration, personal cares, cooking, cleaning, and being a companion to our clients while they are out in the community. This position has a lot of opportunity for growth since every day can be a learning experience! It is great experience for those going into Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Education, and many other Human Service fields! - Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma/GED
- Pass a background study
- Have a current driver's license, auto insurance, and an operating vehicle (for transporting clients)
- Be willing to work every other weekend
