As a Store Manager, you will facilitate the effective and efficient operation of your store and will be responsible for ensuring the Company's mission and policies are adhered to and upheld at all times. The Store Manager position is also directly responsible for the professional development of all team members, which includes hiring, training, salary administration and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

?? Ensures that the store maintains company standards and the company's mission statement and policies are adhered to.

?? Oversee Team Member hiring, salary administration and performance management. Ensures that Team Members are effectively trained in all aspects of store operations.

?? Manages orders and store inventory, verifies invoices and communicates all invoice information daily to the Store Support Center office.

?? Responsible for monthly review of P & L Statements and works with Area Supervisor to formulate a plan to improve efficiency and profitability.

?? Establishes work schedules to ensure all work assignments are covered each day.

?? Responsible for overall store cleanliness and appearance of the interior and exterior for the store.

Experience

?? Prior retail or convenience store management experience is a plus!

?? Working knowledge of state and federal guidelines of convenience store operations

?? Ability to implement marketing/merchandising concepts

?? Ability to perform accounting procedures and complete required documentation

?? Excellent guest relation and people management skills

?? Strong computer skills
