Job Summary

The Distribution Driver delivers foodservice equipment & supplies that are loaded on TriMark trucks in a safe and accurate manner to customers and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the care and attention taken to deliver their products

Responsibilities And Duties

• Sort and load delivery truck
• Accurate on time delivery of customer orders
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete verifying deliveries and turned back in on time
• Maintain a clean driving record (work and personal)
• Perform a daily safety Inspection of delivery truck noting any damage
• Clean truck inside and out daily
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Exceptional customer service oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to use pallet jack and 2-wheel dolly
• Ability to climb in and out of 20-foot commercial vehicle
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills which foster positive relationships with customers and SS Kemp personnel
• Possess sound decision-making skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Able to pass DOT physical exam
  
  • Essential Experience:
    
    • 6-months delivery driver experience
  • Preferred Experience
    
    • 2 years delivery driving experience
    • Previous experience working outdoors
