DescriptionGrowing e-commerce company is looking for a Customer Service Representative!The role of the Customer Care Representative is to provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by establishing a working relationship and using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating the message effectively through mail, telephone, fax, email, online or in person.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:??? Answer incoming phone calls, but also interact with customers face-to-face, by email or live chat.??? Resolve product or service problems by listening to and clarifying the customer's concerns; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.??? Take and process orders, handle concerns, process returns/exchanges, calculate charges, and process billing or payments??? Provide artwork, apparel, service information for customers. Take opportunities to upsell products when they arise.??? Act as liaison between customers/artists for information, special requests and custom orders; confer with warehouse to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments; provide general shipping and order support for artists.??? Compile statistics and prepare various reports for work area or management.??? Perform tasks including cleaning/verifying customer records, mailings and other records.??? Participate in rotating department teams including Quality Leader, Documentation and Training, Transparency Leader and Voice of the Customer.??? Provide support to other departments with special projects and tasks.??? Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different demands; exploring opportunities to add value to job and work area accomplishments.??? Contribute to an environment in which all staff are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve individual and work area contributions to achieve desired business results.??? Participate in related staff, team and/or task group meetings to ensure constant communication of key items.??? Maintain current knowledge for this position and within the work area through continuing education, subscriptions, certifications and memberships; develop thorough working knowledge of area methods, productivity and quality.??? Call today to register and learn more!Requirements- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment- Experience using Microsoft Office- Call Center Customer Service experience desired- Prior experience working as a server or barrista is helpful- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiriesIf you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
