The Director of Precision Marketing and Analytics will lead the development and execution of our performance/precision marketing and analytics roadmap related to B2B, B2C and D2C engagement strategies for our North American Kitchen and Bath business.

Armed with perspectives rooted in both traditional and performance marketing experience, and a passion for digital technologies, you will work closely with the business leaders to ensure high-performance through all digital marketing channels. This position will participate in the development/implementation of our CRM (Salesforce) environment to ensure optimal integration of Sales, Marketing and Service engagement with prospective and current customers, market influencers and partners.

Ultimately, drive all digital marketing efforts to optimize our short and long-term brand and business outcomes across the organization.

Responsibilities

Digital Roadmap - Develop and execute our Digital Sales and Marketing roadmap within KBNA to deliver a world-class customer experience based on a coordinated approach across businesses.
Precision Marketing - Develop our Precision/Performance Marketing capabilities and enable high-performance, predictable, data-correlated regional plans to meet business goals. Connect on and off-line channels and marketing to reflect the omni-channel nature of our customer journeys.
Salesforce/CRM - Provide experienced insight and leadership to build and optimize our CRM capabilities including Salesforce based integrated Sales, Marketing, Service and Community environments across the KBNA business.
APPs - Establish capabilities for fast, low-cost app-based customer engagement to enhance our ability to digitize the customer experience.
Emerging Technologies - Will be the regional business-based expert on new technologies to keep us on the forefront of customer experience leadership.

Skills/Requirements

Track-record of success creating a high-performance performance/precision marketing function within a complex organization. Areas of experience should include:

B2B
B2C
D2C
Multi-product
Multi-channel

Significant experience in a Salesforce environment.
Significant experience in driving a performance/precision marketing fueled business.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
