Responsibilities

We are currently seeking 2 nd Shift Associates to add to our Distribution Center in Janesville. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 2:00PM - 12:30AM, including occasional overtime. Hourly wage will include a $2 an hour shift premium and is eligible for pay increases within the first 90 days of employment.

Job duties include tasks such as order picking, replenishing shelves and pick zones, moving product to/from staging areas, loading or unloading trucks, or loading/unloading conveyor lines. Most job duties include frequent lifting up to 20 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, and rare push/pull up to 100 lbs. Working in our distribution center may involve exposure to heights, to moving and/or mechanical parts, and lift equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and safely operate a variety of warehouse lifts and motorized product-moving equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required
