There's also a delicate balancing act between cultivating a vision and overseeing strong marketing execution, while harmonizing then needs of a top-tier franchise system with corporate guidelines. Your steadfast ability to see through this fog of demands and home-in on actionable performance lynchpins will make or break your time at Miracle-Ear.
You'll thrive if collaborating with Sales & Finance teams to optimize program performance is your forte; driving sales is mission critical. Lastly, you won't shy away from the executive spotlight as you enhance communication channels that promote the needs of internal/external customers and reporting tools that give clarity to key metrics and results.

Education and Experience Requirements:
BA/BS in marketing or equivalent training and experience
MBA preferred
Franchise experience preferred
10-15 years' experience in consumer marketing
A minimum of 7-10 years' experience managing marketing professionals
Required Skills:
Excellent leadership and project management skills required
Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative member of the senior management team
Obsessive accountability to drive business results in the short and long term
Energetic, forward-thinking and creative thought leader with pinnacle ethical standards
CRM, marketing automation systems, and call center lead-gen exposure
Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus (marketing automation, marcom systems/processes, etc.)
Well organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player
Ability to work on international projects
Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent influencing skills
A solid educator who is trustworthy and willing to coach teams and serve as a mentor
A decisive individual who possesses a "big picture" perspective
