This position is considered to be a Tier 2 Billing position and is involved with larger customers that require in-depth analysis and research. The role will be based in Minneapolis, MN.You will need to be a great team player as you will work with a large team including Billing, Orders and Collections as well as our wide customer base ranging from residential customers to large Enterprise level business clients.Key Responsibilities:??? Meet or exceed productivity metrics.??? Resolve billing escalations.??? Process cases/tickets per company SLA.??? Maintain presence in a billing call queue.??? Process Plan and Price Changes per 8x8 standards.??? Analyze billing statements and issues and be able to communicate the issue and resolution to the customer via both phone and/or email. Job Requirements:??? Be able to resolve payment issues with customers in a professional and respectful manner.??? Self-starter, must be proactive in research, fact gathering and fact checking.??? Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills.??? Must be able to address customers and co-workers professionally via email, letter or phone.??? Excellent organizational skills.??? Be able to follow a schedule of work flow, and keep to monthly calendar of assignments.??? Strong MS Office skills.??? Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.???
