Customer Support Representative (Manufacturing Industry)

**Job Duties**As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the central point of contact between external customers and the organization.+ Assist customers calling in with questions, issues on orders, ship dates, quality concerns, etc.+ Follow standard processes to manage inventory programs.+ Provide information to customers as requested.+ Identify and communicate individual continuous improvement opportunities.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)+ High School Diploma or Equivalent+ 1 years of customer service experience over the phone**Hours**Monday - Friday 8am-5pm_This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable company!
