We currently have an exciting opportunity for a IS&T Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager. This position provides oversight to the timely delivery of projects and products for the IS&T Infrastructure department. The person in this position offers expertise needed to deliver, improve, integrate, measure and report on the key infrastructure initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience in service management or Information Technology
  • 8+ years of experience with IS&T service management, or problem management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working across teams
  • Strong analysis and problem solving experience
  • Proven track record in delivering projects as a servant leader
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Proven reporting and metrics definition experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum / Agile / Coaching / Product Ownership
  • Accountabilities:

  • Oversees the delivery of projects and products to HealthPartners IS&T Infrastructure customers
  • Establishes, maintains, and communicates high level project timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and dependencies/risks
  • Provides metrics and reporting to leadership, project teams, and resource managers as needed
  • Establishes metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements for driving the performance of IS&T services
  • Improves and creates policies to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
  • Educates and enforces process and methodology
  • Reduces the number of resource handoffs or delays in current project delivery work streams by supporting automation improvement and by identifying and supporting project team-building, communication, and work prioritization; tracking overall velocity of repetitive tasks and driving changes to improve service level agreements
  • Provides oversight of project delivery from inception through delivery to production
  • Participates in leadership meetings for projects that require delivery management oversight or engagement
  • Understands company Infrastructure initiatives and dependencies
  • Partners with executive leadership to advocate for Infrastructure's vision
  • Ensures that teams are performing work that supports business functions
  • Identifies and facilitates discussions to address gaps in resources or processes that may impact departmental success
  • Partners with resource managers to ensure project and product team members are supported with adequate time, training, and communication
  • Promotes a positive, team-oriented, results-focused environment
  • Drives a supportive and collaborative working climate
  • Leads collaboration with business area(s) and technology vendors to ensure that all project participants are effectively communicating and executing tasks to meet common goals
  • Acts as a point of contact for Infrastructure team members who have recommendations for improving collaboration and delivery processes
  • Works with leadership to establish a solutions implementation plan in a timely manner and identifies metrics to measure improvement/success
  • Act as mediator between projects/products with conflicting goals or overlapping resources
