Job summary/ Responsibilities:

The MS Dynamics System Administrator is a key role focused on managing and improving our new MS Dynamics 365 Sales Hub and Customer Service Hub. This role also has some responsibility for business analysis and for end-user support. Must be energized by working in a mission-driven, fast-growing global technology company. Direct report to Chief Technology Officer and indirect report to EVP, Chief Transformation Officer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

B.A. in Computer Science or equivalent. At least three years of experience managing MS Dynamics, including SDLC, Security, and Implementation. MS Dynamics certification is desirable. Must have the ability to work productively with internal staff (IT & Business) and vendors. Remote work and collaboration skills required. Strong English speaking and writing skills required. German language skills would be helpful.

Dynamics System Administration and Development

  • Conducts MS Dynamics System Administration including installation, configuration, customization, and integration (e.g. to Outlook, SharePoint, and to external systems like Hubspot and Smartsheet)
  • Perform user administration including user creation/deletion, user access right policy management, user security
  • Manages SDLC for Dynamics solutions, and Data Management. Future implementations may include field service, marketing, customer insights, Power BI.
  • Conducts dashboard design and Implementation.
  • Conducts report writing and troubleshooting.
  • Researches and recommends new technologies.
  • Assists and supports other technical colleagues, e.g. code reviews, brainstorming, developing and sharing new practices.
  • Plans and prioritizes work. Regularly reports on progress and activities to peers, management and executive leadership.

  • At least three years past experience as MS Dynamics Administrator required.
  • Experienced and proficient in Dynamics platform development and management, i.e. installation, configuration, and testing new feature and functions. Must be able to manage data conversion & migration. Must be able to manage routines, forms, plugins, workflows, reports, and other components.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, familiar with CDS/CDM (Common Data Services/Common Data Model), knowledgeable and experienced with data integration, familiar with MS Flow, and able to create and customize Dynamic app and business processes.
  • Experienced and proficient in the full SDLC, preferably with Microsoft products, i.e. able to analyze, design, build, test, promote, and document solutions in Dynamics.
  • Knows how to ensure solutions are scalable, high-quality, and secure. Understands impacts on other systems and processes.
  • Experience managing data security and access in highly regulated industry.
  • Familiar with Waterfall and Agile development approaches.
  • Has a Quality and Continuous Improvement mindset.
