Because we are a family-oriented business, we also offer employee passes to the Milwaukee County Zoo, various Milwaukee Museums, Summerfest, State Fair, and local professional sporting events.All candidates who apply on or before 10/31/2020 are eligible to receive a $1,000 first year bonus!The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:Trains with assigned trainer until able to do tasks on ownUnderstands manufacturing equipment and processesPerforms duties involving a paint finish, product rework, sanding and general clean upMay assist in secondary operationsPerforms inspection and quality checks using properly calibrated measuring devices correctly during operations and completes quality records, as requiredWorks closely with and trains shop floor personnel on quality requirementsCorresponds with other departments regarding vendor and customer issuesInvolved in New Product Development; participates in Advanced Product Quality Planning and prepares Product Part Approval Process documentation to the customers' requirements, and all other required certsMaintains the system for control of Non-conforming materials, processes and Corrective and Preventive Action; investigates and documents 8D formatted corrective actionsPromotes and participates on continuous improvement teams, as neededStops production when quality issues are detectedPerforms internal auditsMaintains documentation and recordsAssists in maintenance of quality systemOther duties as assignedIf you like what you see...explore more!
