Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN - LTC/TCU

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Boutwells Landing in Oak Park Heights, MN. We are currently hiring for:

1. A Full Time, .8, Day schedule in LTC,
2. A Part Time, .2 or .3, Day schedule in TCU,
3. A Part Time, .6, Day schedule in LTC,
4. A Part Time, .4, Evening schedule in LTC,
5. A Part Time, .2, Day schedule in LTC Memory Care and
6. A Part Time, .6, Overnight schedule in LTC.

Experience as a nurse is required for .2 cores (every other weekend).

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Current CPR certification.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
