The Human Resources Enabling Technologies Analyst will support the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio including functional maintenance of existing applications and new projects. Support Information Technology (IT), Center of Experts (COEs), Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSPs) and Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with all new HR technology implementations. Plan, implement, and support new HR applications and integrations to meet changing enterprise needs. Anticipate and assess customers' needs and objectives through consultation. Perform requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and testing. Assess release features and support projects to adopt new functionality or change existing processes. Support testing efforts (e.g., regression testing). Support Organizational Design and Change Management Specialists with technology changes by providing HR technology content and guidance as appropriate. Support process owners in the continuous improvement of current processes. Ensure alignment of metadata, classification, and taxonomy. Maintain proper security access rights with IT and take steps to ensure data is used within guidelines. Facilitate and fulfill data requests in compliance with policies. Resolve, as appropriate, any escalated HR technology cases in line with service level agreements. Ensure compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and procedures. Stay current with new HR technology and trends. Work with Continuous Improvement Analyst to deliver technology changes that allow for process improvement. Work with Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) Analysts to define HR reporting requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
Three years of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems with experience in human resources and learning systems preferred. Additional education may be substituted for experience. Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
