Essential ResponsibilitiesYou will lay the foundation for further integration by developing templates and processes and by bringing together representatives from various teams to work collectively. Another major part of the role will be to continuously monitor the competition activities at corporate level, innovations, mergers and acquisitions that would demand for change in our marketing/business strategy. By championing the initiative across the matrix organization, you will help secure buy-in and enthusiasm for these high-priority NPI's and initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, you will act as a connector of resources, working horizontally across the organization to stimulate collaboration and solve problems. You will seek out efficiency gains that enable us to work smarter and deliver more benefit for our internal stakeholders and customers. Throughout it all, you will champion collaboration, innovation and efficiency - all with a keen eye on optimizing the value we deliver to the business and to our customers. ??? Build and drive integrated marketing across all imaging modalities that touch radiology. This will include developing tools, processes and bringing together representatives from various teams to work collectively to create an integrated plan to market to the radiology customer segments globally ??? Build and manage the dashboards to highlight execution of NCA deliverables for top NPI's commercial activation across Imaging modalities ??? Lead the creation of an integrated market research planning calendar inclusive of primary and secondary research, including identifying the appropriate technology platform that will enable the project to be successful; developing the dissemination plan including training on the tool in concert with VP leaders across GEHC businesses to ensure all market research reports and insights are available to marketing/ business teams at click of the button ; and creating the project plan, timeline and processes required for successful implementation and ongoing maintenance ??? Identify, research and propose other tools that will advance the team's goal of integrated planning for the purposes of improving workflow efficiencies, reducing duplication of effort, and maximizing customer impact ??? Prepare for, support and facilitate appropriate op mechs, ensuring accountability of agreed outcomes through timely report-outs, action item assignments and follow-through, and regular status meetings ??? Proactively review planning material and tools such as the calendar to identify improvement opportunities, including areas of duplication of effort, and bring the opportunities to leadership for discussion and action ??? Coordinate a virtual team of planning representatives from across the organization, championing collaboration, integration, efficiency and communication ??? Work with other GEHC teams to drive consistent execution and sharing of best practices acrossQualifications/Requirements??? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or 8+ years of experience in process improvement, marketing, project management, operations, business administration. ??? Minimum 6+ years of experience in process improvement, marketing, project management, operations, business administration ??? Demonstrated track record of success in project management, process improvement and commercial operations ???
