They are looking for a lead on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Their goal is to build out their maintenance team to support their company's growth. This person will be responsible for overseeing at team of 1-3 Maintenance Mechanics and will be training and delegating tasks to them. Pay depends on experience up to $35HR. This person will come with a minimum of 3 years experience working in an industrial maintenance setting performing both mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment.This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits, 401K, and PTOResponsibilities-Delegate work to technicians-Train and develope skills-Troubleshoot technical problems both mechanical and electrical including high and low voltage up to 480-Repair of aluminum extrusions presses-60% mechanical vs 40% electrical-Installation of new equpiment-General PLC knowledge (troubleshooting no programming required)-Well versed with reading blueprints-Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance on heavy industrial equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, and automated equipmentThe essential functions of this role include:+ wearing steel toe shoes+ working in a non-temperature controlled environment+ manual lifting up to 50lbs+ standing for 10 hours at one timeSkills+ Maintenance (2 years of experience is preferred)+ Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience is preferred)+ Electronic Maintenance+ General Maintenance+ Blueprints+ Electrical+ Leading (1 year of experience is preferred)Education+ High SchoolQualifications+ Years of experience: 3 years+ Experience level:ManagerShift: ThirdWorking hours: 10 PM - 6 AMRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
