RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's downtown Milwaukee, WI Corporate client is looking for a 10-month Project Manager to work in their Talent Acquisition Team. Summary: In this role You will prioritize, plan, and manage projects after you assess current state, identify gaps, and seek opportunities to improve the overall process. This role uses business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, customer feedback, and technology to create seamless candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experiences. You will evaluate, update, document and optimize recruiting processes, lead projects with the TA function and partner cross functionally to achieve objectives, develop and deliver training for the TA team and stakeholders and support the tracking, measurement and reporting of TA results.Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a solid understanding of TA metrics, KPI's and industry trends
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing medium scale projects, including stakeholders in multiple functions
- Experience with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday
- At least a moderate skill level in Excel; The ability to leverage basic formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, COUNTIF) to manipulate data
- Strong collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills
