What you get to do every day:

- Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

- Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist

- Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

- Develops schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

- Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Determines project with correct ticket workflows and boards

- Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status

- In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Handles the daily stand-ups, asserting they are timely, focused and brief

- Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

- Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

- Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel

- Coordinates and directs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

- Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable

- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

- Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

- Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Supervises project planning

Requirements

- Minimum of 5-*+ years of relevant Project Management experience

-Technical Project Management background is strongly preferred

- Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proficiency in Define Requirements

- Cross functional project management experience preferred

- PMP Certified or other PM Certification is highly desired

-Excellent Communication Skills with technical and nontechnical staff

- Experience with government contracts, or in within the governance space is highly preferred to be successful in this position

- Ability to swiftly gather requirements of new projects, keep them on task, and work to align teams with appropriate deadlines

- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

- Experience using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- Familiarity and comfort with IT project management methodologies

- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
