StartDate: 12/07/2020Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $86.00 - 98.00

This opportunity offers:

• Dates: 1/4/21- 4/16/21
• Shift Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 am-5 pm and Wednesday, Friday: 7 am-4 pm
• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Must have an active license in the state of the facility, workers comp experienceand a minimum of 3years of primary care experience
• Local Candidates only
