Production Associate - Channel Marketing

Production Associate - Channel Marketing
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Position Overview
A Production Associate - Channel Marketing will exhibit expertise in Marketing Automation, Predictive Analytics, Lead Nurturing, and the art and science of messaging. This position will utilize those skills in various aspects of Digi-Key's channel marketing initiatives for prospecting to new customers and increasing loyalty among existing customers.

Responsibilities

Must be able to...

• Execute|deploy various channel marketing initiatives
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines
• Collate creative content to produce ultimate send pieces
• Provide analytic data related to your channel marketing initiatives
• Interact as needed with vendor partners to execute marketing initiatives
• Ensure the creative approval process for design requirements is met prior to submitting
• Develop proficiency in necessary systems such as marketing automation and content management
• Serve as marketing liaison to other Digi-Key departments for cross channel campaigns

• Take on additional responsibilities from the Lead Production Associate - Channel Marketing or Marketing Production leadership

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Typically, 1-2 years of experience working at Digi-Key with experience in Marketing or in customer|supplier facing related role
• Strong understanding of the various functions of Digi-Key, how they work together as well as the industry Digi-Key operates in
• Knowledge of Digi-Key brand and its principles
• Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen
• Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
• Must be able to perform the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, initiative, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, positive attitude and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
