Presentation Partners in Housing's Homeless Prevention and Diversion program is seeking candidates for the Housing Stability Specialist role to provide services in the Fargo / Moorhead metro area.
The Homeless Prevention and Diversion program works to end homelessness where it already occurs, prevent homelessness where it is on the verge and prioritize services to the most vulnerable households.

You will (1) Provide screening and triage services to households experiencing a housing crisis, (2) Provide light touch housing supports/case management, (3) Assist participants in developing a housing stability plan, (4) Maintain an average caseload of 15 active participants, (5) Utilize Housing First, Harm reduction and strength-based models.

Specific Duties:
*Provide homeless prevention and diversion screening and triage services for households experiencing a housing crisis.
*Provide light touch housing supports/case management for households following prevention or diversion screening.
*Utilize Housing First, harm reduction, and strength-based models.
*Assist participants in the development of their housing stability plans.
*Maintain an average caseload of 15 active participants.
*Maintain up-to-date documentation and complete data entry in a timely manner.
*Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling or related field with minimum of three years' experience preferred. Will consider candidates enrolled in a degree program or candidates without a degree but with sufficient related work experience. Valid driver's license required.

Base salary of $50,000 plus excellent benefit package. PPIH values ongoing training and provides $2,000 during the initial year of employment and $1,000 for every year after to be used towards training specific to program delivery.
