Description

 

As a Regional Nursing Director with Edgewood Healthcare, you will provide clinical direction and oversight to multiple assisted living and memory care locations to ensure our residents are connected with appropriate services and thriving in their homelike environment.

You will provide leadership and nursing practice direction within your territory to ensure timely nursing action and high-quality resident care.  To this end you will also design, develop and deliver training and educational programs to support excellent care for our residents.

As a clinical leader and sounding board for our Clinical Services Directors, you will act as both a subject matter expert and coach, and also be a liaison for clinical direction from the home office to our buildings.  As such, you will play a role in corporate strategic planning activities and Leadership Team meetings.

While you engage with the buildings in your territory to support an atmosphere that promotes a homelike environment for our residents, you will also have to be adaptable and able to change your approach to accommodate the varying cultures and personalities within each location.  This position requires frequent travel from your home-based office to your assigned buildings.

  • Knowledge of State Assisted Living Regulations in States of Assignment

An ideal candidate for this role will have current RN licensure and a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience with supervisory duties in a similar setting.
