-COMP:
- Base Salary Target: ~$115k-130K
- Target Bonus: 5-15%, 10% target ~$12.5k (discretionary)
- Restricted Stock: Perf Equity
- Profit-Sharing: 15% base salary

SUMMARY:
The Sr. Java Dev designs, develops & streamlines integration of IT solutions ie: programming of Investing software supporting functional requirements: investment percentages, operational trading, accountancy, client account MGMT along w/ reports functionalities.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. 4+ yrs #Java , JavaScript (UI eng.), #Spring Boot, #Hibernate (dev work - Proj. MGMT, etc.
2. **NICE2HAVE -AWS, Finance bkgrnd**
3. (annotator/interface/generic/reflection/closures)
4. Exp. w/UI ie: HTML/CSS/ #JavaScript /AJAX/JSON (ExtJS nice2have).
5. TDD, J-Unit, test mockups
6. Version control GIT. SVN etc.
7. Agile, CI/CD, (Ant, Gradle)
8. SOA, Aspect-Oriented Dev, MVC, etc.
9. Server: Tomcat, Web Logic, etc. RDBMS & SQL EXP.
10. NoSQL Technologies
11. Kakfa, RabbitMQ, and/or other messaging/que-based technologies
